Working for the client organisation HS2 reporting to a Senior Project Engineer you will be working on the second largest contract on HS2 – the EKFB (Effiage, Kier, Ferrovial, Bam) Main Works Civils Area Central, working from site offices in Bicester and covering a 25km area from Southam to Greatworth an area characterised by Green tunnels, 7 Viaducts, 13 overbridges, embankments, road diversions & highway realignment.

Working Relationship – Co-located & Hybrid

The client team are working alongside the main contractor (Co-located) in the same site offices, the role requires individuals with the correct behaviours – collaboration, engagement, stakeholder management skills who are able to drive the best from the relationship, pick up on problems as they arrive and resolve quickly rather than waiting and reviewing once the problem has manifested.

Role is based from a site office in Bicester coupled with visits to sites across a 25 km area from Southam (north) and Greatworth in the north – expectation is 2 to 3 days on site a week.
